To calculate voxel absorption:

Total voxel absorption=total attenuation at given x-ray energy(cm^2/g) *voxel size(cm)* density of material(g/cm^3)

Total attenuation will be found in Nist/Xcom.

Similarly, Transmission can be evaluated with Total attenuation.

Transmission is recommended more than 20%.


Regarding our reachable monochromatic x-ray energy range(10keV-60keV), elemental distribution can be studied in 3D.

Interferometry imaging has been performed at 38keV.
